I’m a Senior Engineering Manager with a background in building and scaling customer-facing platforms, and in leading engineering organizations through periods of growth and change.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. I care deeply about clarity—clear strategy, clear ownership, and clear user experiences—and about translating that clarity into execution that moves the business forward.

I lead through other leaders and engineers and spend most of my time on direction, alignment, and organizational health. I believe strong teams are built deliberately: through trust, thoughtful structure, and a shared understanding of what “good” looks like.

Alongside my leadership work, I’m the creator of CriticalCSS, a SaaS product I’ve built and operated for over a decade. It’s shaped how I think about durability, trade-offs, and building systems—technical and organizational—that last.
